Here’s an excerpt from an article that I picked up from National Association of Realtors. Here in the Redding Real Estate Market we have been experiencing the same growth. Just in our company Real estate Professionals GMAC, our number of pending escrows have increased 4 times ..(yes that’s correct ..4xs) over the end of 2007. The Shasta County Real Estate Market started breaking out of it’s “stuck” pattern in Febuary 2008….it has continued to improve sales wise since.

Headed to the Fair?
The annual Shasta District Fair located in Anderson California is set to kick off today June 11, 2008 with Pepsi Kids Day. As all the 4-H and FFA exhibitors set to start showing their market animals, the excitement and hard work begin to pay off.
8 am the Jr. Sheep and poultry exhibitors show. The splash dogs contest is being held Wednesday through Friday. If you think you have the best water dock jumping dog, bring them on down to the fair. $10 dollars gets you practice and another $10 you can enter the contest.
Thursday is Senior Citizens day. The Open horse show starts today with Halter horses. Over in the livestock barns the Jr. swine and dairy cattle will be exhibited. Shasta County Idol starts tonight at 6:30 PM. Be sure to check out the local talent.
